When my mom and dad passed away last year three months apart in the apartment I live in. there was so much cleaning that need to be done and flood service. Chad was quick to answer the phone, and was the only company that gave me a clear outline of the process involved in a flood situation. He was quick to send Moe and his team over on the same day. Moe was extremely knowledgeable, and took care when setting up equipment in the condo. He was very patient in answering our many questions, and was always very quick to respond if I had any issues throughout the week. When my basement flooded, I contacted Flood Services and they were very quick to respond. The rep over the phone explained the whole process, and got someone in asap. Desiree was our on-site staff and she did a really great job at dealing with the flooding. She came in and took care of absolutely everything very efficiently and also checked in with us throughout the week to ensure everything was normal. Great experience and definitely would recommend!

Unfortunately, we had a flood in the basement of our offices. We were lucky enough to find Flood Service Canada available on a Saturday to come out and provide emergency restoration services. Chad and his team were professional and efficient. They removed all the standing water, cut out the affected drywall, sprayed the area for mould, tested for moisture, and left fans and dehumidifiers running for several days to ensure the area was dry.Our insurance company even commented on the basement's condition, stating how clean and professional the work looked.I hope we don't need them again, but if we do, we will call Chad at FSC. I called Flood Services Canada at 11 in the evening due to our basement drain backed up after a heavy rainfall. I didnt want any flooding issues and wanted to avoid possible flooding.
