Hope Rotary Trail park
- Open" from dawn till dusk- Not sure if it's an off-leash trail but have seen people walking their dogs not on leashes before- Pack OFF bug spray otherwise you will be eaten alive by mosquitos- Paved trail for easy walking- Plenty of benches along the path to stop and enjoy the scenery- Does not have porta-potties or water fountains (last I checked) to refill bottles- Good trail to take if trying to catch Pokemon"

Hope Rotary Trail park
It's a tiny park, but quite nice and rarely crowded, I'd give it 5 stars but lots of homeless ppl hang out near the water, people drive through on scooters, enough ppl don't clean up after their dogs that on many occasions I've step in it, it appears the signs are more a suggestion than a reminder of the law. But still a nice little park ☺️
