Great dealership. Bought a car from Peyman last month. It some some issues, however, brought it up to the service and sales managers attention and it was booked in and fixed promptly. Received a loaner while it was in for the week also. They definitely take care of their customers.

We had our ford Flex in to get a new motor for the front passenger seat. They gave us a quote which we found out is that they really do honor their quotes as long as no one contacted us to let us know of any changes so hence when we went to pick up the vehicle the bill was just about double of the quoted amount which was in writing. We contacted the dealership and yes they do honor the quoted price and we got a credit back to our credit card. Sure made my day. So they do have a happy customer who will continue to use their service. The work has always been good the only thing is it usual takes longer to get your car back then promised and if that's the only problem I can deal with it. Good job boys

Wow, Cam Ford really blew my expectations of what customer service really should be. I am utterly impressed by the service delivered by staff and courtesy drivers. Even the washrooms are nice! Fantastic and speedy service from Steve Reed and his team at Cam Clark. Following some power issues, I brought in my 2001 F150 and Steve's team discovered the issues were related to the steering, not fuel pump or transmission. Parts were quick to find and the install in just one day. And always a tip top departure with a clean vehicle inside and out. Thank you, Steve!

He addressed my issue swiftly and efficiently, and he showed that he cared about my needs and respected my time. He and his team did an amazing job and managed to align my truck and install a new, painted flare in just a few hours, surpassing my expectations. I am very impressed and thankful for his help.I am very frustrated with the service I received at Cam Clark. I have been waiting for over a month to get my claim processed and my truck fixed, but no one seems to care. I have tried to contact Jayme and Curtis in the body shop several times, but they never return my calls. They keep telling me they will get back to me, but they don't. I don't think this is acceptable or professional. My truck needs an alignment and a new fender flare, which are not complicated tasks. Most of the work is mechanical, and only a small part is painting. I don't see why it should take so long or why they can't communicate with me. I have had issues with this place before, and I want to warn others not to go through the same ordeal. I expected better from Cam Clark.
