Coffee is not so great and they have a lane closed when it’s always packed. No food or cookies at night. No sugar . Could be friendly and put on a Mask and gloves.

This location is THE WORST I've ever been to.The staff have attitude and argue with you when they get your order wrong (which is at least 50% of the time if you order more than one coffee).My husband had issues and asked to speak to the manager. He was told he'd get a call... he never did. He even went into the store a few days later and the manager refused to speak with him.The service has been so bad, we actually emailed Head Office... finally, the manager had to call. She offered me a $25 gift card for my troubles. It has been a few weeks and I haven't picked it up because I've switched coffee shops. I am not willing to step inside the store just to be insulted, or treated with disrespect again.

I only get coffee and tea with a donut. The food has changed a lot over the years. Donuts do not taste the same. Sometimes, they have no steeped tea, so you end up waiting. They never have that problem with coffee.

Can't give it less stars, but this one has gone down so poorly lately just sick of it. 7 ppl behind the counter, 2 people in front of me and it took over 10 mins to get 2 coffees. This place is a joke while management stands in the back chatting away....theres a line up in drive-thru and inside. Maybe support your staff by stepping up instead of hiding on the back!

Good Tim Hortons restaurant. This particular store has been open for decades. It's a about 40 minutes away from Halifax on Hwy 101 and it has always been a good spot to grab a coffee and some food. The staff were very friendly and courteous this visit. Some were busy cleaning up the place. Unfortunately they hadn't made it to the men's washroom in some time and what was seen was enough to cut you appetite. Other than that, it is you typical older Tim Hortons store.

A young girl got fired due to 2 male employees flirting with her and making her feel uncomfortable so I went in and spoke to them about it she then went in for her next shift and they fired her and said that they no longer need her there it’s just amazing how the world works now the two employees names where gill and hartaj

5th in line in the drive thru, 20 minute wait. Cars ahead of me ordered 2 drinks, which too over 5 minutes. Friendly staff when I got to the window, just a long time to get there.
