The owner, Tim is a perfectionist, which is what you want from someone that is taking care of your car. He went above and beyond for us. We will definitely go back there in the future. Booking, drop off and vehicle pick up was straight forward and easy. Pricing is very reasonable for the service. I dont see why anyone would go anywhere else.

Poor quality & very unethical business owner.I had many scratches on my 3 yr old truck..Tim informed me if they'll come out we'll buff them out".This is accomplished by using a special compound on the paint.All they did was polish over top if all my scratches.In the a.m. he informed me he would not be around later and could I pay him($300 cash) in advance. Big mistake.When I complained later..and yes he was still there...he showed absolutely no concern for my complaints.Nxt day I took truck to a 30 yr detail shop & a dealership paint shop...they both stated...he screwed you.He just put polish on top of your scratches"

Tim and Luca were a pleasure to work with! My daughter spilled hot chocolate in the backseat and the smell was unbearable. Tim made sure to stay within my budget while still exceeding my expectations. The interior looks brand new and smells brand new. We will definitely be going back.

I dropped my car off the other day for interior cleaning and enjoyed a beautiful walk in Kleinburg while Tim took excellent care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this place - grab a coffee, pop into some shops, get your steps in, and before you know it you car will feel like it's new I was super happy with the service.

This was the first time I brought my truck here. I'm always a little protective of letting others touch my truck, but the reviews were good so I took a shot, and I'm glad I did.When I arrived, Tim came out to meet me and set the expectations right away, so I knew when he'd get to me, which I appreciated. He and team did a great job on my truck, and made sure I was happy before I left. I'll be sure to visit again.

I used Blackout Auto Detailing for the first time today, April 2022. I had the complete interior cleaning done on my 2014 SUV which had never been professionally cleaned since getting the car. BLACKOUT DID AN AMAZING JOB. They completely removed the salt stains from the carpet which had built up over the years. The inside of the car looked like it was brand new and it smelled clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be taking my car to Blackout again in the future.

Blackout Auto Detailing is my go-to spot for all of my car needs. Tim and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They are extremely meticulous and delivered my car to me in pristine condition. I was really impressed and happy with the great job that they did – my car looked better than it did when I picked it up from the dealership! I’ve highly recommended Tim’s shop to my colleagues, friends and family and will continue getting my cars serviced by him.
