Dave, was knowledgeable about building codes. And was open to conversations of the work required and the work he was undertaking.

From start to finish McAulay & Son's were a dream to work with. David, the owner, has an enthusiasm for his work like no other contractor I have met, (and I have met several others for quotes and consultations over the years). His creativity and eye for detail are unmatched and he helped the vision I had for my property come to life, taking the time to renovate from the inside out with no cutting of corners. Integrity and honesty are engrained in the way he and his guys work and I felt apart of the process and not in the dark as I had previously, when I had underwent renovations at my last home with another company. McAulay & Son's are efficient, professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy and most of all stand by their work. Thank you for everything David, I am so pleased with the finished result!
