Tyler was early (15 mins ) for the appointment. He was very well prepared, easy to talk to and very helpful with walking us through the house while explaining what he saw as far as the good and the bad. Overall excellent job and would definitely highly recommend Tyler and A Buyer's Choice to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Tyler was very punctual, thorough explaining what he was reviewing and any issues with our home inspection. His report was very professional with photographs showing his inspection and rating concerns with red/yellow to indicate a minor and or major issue. I was introduced to Tyler by the buyer's realtor representing me in a property I was purchasing. Due to employment-related travel requirements, I was unable to be physically present while the property inspection was being carried out. Tyler's report mentioned the presence of small hairline cracks" noted in the poured concrete foundation walls of subject property. As I was away at the time of inspection and the time frame for the inspection condition of the purchase/sale agreement was going to expire prior to my return
