This place was recommended to us and has let us down. We were told that we would receive a complete hood cleaning and were disappointed with the job they performed. Once we removed the filters we were shocked to see the grease residue we thought was going to be cleaned. During the second cleaning we were charged an exaggerated amount that we believe was used to cover the first service that was not charged for the careless job.
