Loblaw Pharmacy

I booked a booster shot appointment for 6pm but I got off work early and saw their appointment slots wide open so still went to see if I can just get it done at 5pm. I got up to the counter and asked if I can get my shot earlier but the grumpy lady said, in a pretty condescending tone, this will disrupt our work flow. This is why we have appointments. Come back at 6pm" I asked again politely

There've been many times that I've had to wait for my prescription but, I also watch everything and take other factors into consideration. This is an extremely busy location and the pharmacists are doing their best to make everyone happy. Upon doing so they're also very kind, caring and knowledgeable. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

On Wednesday, i was in alot of rush because i had an urgent meeting. The clinic took a really long time, i kindly requested to have it done quicker and my goodness, in under five minutes, they had my medication ready to go. Amazing and kind people. God bless

If there was -1 rating I would have rated this pharmacy after today incident, my wife had a surgery procedure and surgeon wrote her a heavy pain killer and antibiotics to be taken overnight and for a week, when I came and dropped the prescription to Huda and another young lady and the pharmacist was in the back they told me come tomorrow and when explained the situation they said fine come back in n 1-1/2 hour, I came back 8:45 pm and in a so carelessly manner they advised sorry we can’t dispense it coz the system is down, What a joke, wouldn’t the pharmacy knows it’s urgent medication, they should have call me and not wasted the time.the staff needs to act in more professional and responsible way.

Absolute Worst Service Ever! If I could give ZERO stars I would.My wife as an ongoing medication that cannot be missed or delayed. In preparation for refilling she will always call 2 - 4 days in advance to begin having it filled and indicate what day she will be there to pick up. On more than occasion...more than 4 occasions, she will go to pick up her prescription that she called in days prior to find out its not even ready for pick up. Then the staff scrambles to fill it and asks her to wait another 40 minutes till they are done. (What were they doing for the past 4 Days if it only takes less than an hour to fill it?) When they finally fill it they never have enough to fill the whole thing leaving a balance. Then when the balance does arrive they do not notify her and when it comes to refill time again...they cancel the outstanding balance they owe her because its past a certain amount time for a pick up they never told her about. Restart and repeat the cycle again. There has been maybe 2 out of 10 prescriptions I have filled here that hasn't resulted in some sort of delay...lack of product or resulted in some sort of argument. The Pharmacist needs to get better control over the staff and work on the Pharmacy's Time management and communication Skills

Super slow pharmacy. We may have to wait more than hours for the medications to prepare. Last 3 times I went all the time they says they are busy.

I’m giving 5 stars for Pharmacist Satveek he is the only person in that pharmacy helpful..very knowledgeable and always come out of the way to help ..thank you

Terrible service!I had a prescription forwarded to the pharmacy on a Tuesday and came in Wednesday over lunch to pick it up. They hadn't processed anything from the prescription. They logged me in and said it would be an hour to fill so I had planned to return into he evening. Upon returning, it still wasn't ready as they had just started to pull it by the attendances explanation and it would be 30 minutes. I told them I'd be back before closing. I didn't go back and went over lunch on Thursday. The prescription had yet to be pulled but this pharmacist said she would pull it right away. It took 3 minutes to have it ready.I would not recommend using them as it took 3 trips to do 3 minutes of work.

Terrible service. Countless times my prescription hasn't been ready when they said it would be (I always give them more time than they say they need). When I asked why I wasn't notified of delays they said they're too busy to contact me and it's up to me to contact them, which is the opposite of good customer service. Changed over to Shoppers and low and behold I get notified about everything automatically. It's not hard to do, but they just don't seem to care anymore and are counting on ppl to put up with bad service because they're in a grocery store with a clinic..

Dangerous to deal with. They gave us the wrong medications on few counts, NOT once. On a pickup, they lost our medication and the pharmacist told us “the bottle is small, we can’t find it” though it was ordered the day before. Stay safe and save your self the trip to this pharmacy. Who’s paying for the wrong medications provided!!!
