Mr. Tim Palmer of Lighthouse Inspections inspected a house in Whitby that we intended to buy. He is a thorough professional who knows his trade extremely well. He spent considerable time inspecting the house and at the same time explaining to us the result of his inspection. Tim completed a home inspection for my Wife and I and we couldnt be more pleased.Tim was very thorough while maintaining great comunication with both of us!Tim welcomed andencouraged questions and was very knowledgeable about all aspects the home and it's systems!He came prepared and had done his research, finding old records neither our agent or we had been able to find.No stone was peft unturned in the inspection!I would 100% use Tim again and will be recommending him to everyone who asks and some that dont!
