I have been a client for 6 months and the staff at the clinic is always very helpful and professional. The treatment rooms are modern, clean and well equipped.One time, I couldn't showing up to my appointment and they were able to provide a solution with no extra charge.Very happy with my treatment results and customer service experience!

I purchased an 8 session package for laser treatment at this clinic and I'm already seeing fantastic results after just 4 sessions! The staff here is incredibly helpful and kind, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The clinic was super unprofessional and racist, telling me to go back to China even though I am not from there. Racism should not be present and it’s unacceptable to bring up someone’s race.The service was also not worth the money as I went for several treatments and didn’t see any results. Every time I went there it was a different technician treating me, with some of them lacking the proper training needed. In one case I was received treatment with no anesthesia and no cooling soother after using the laser on my face. It also affected my face as it wasn’t properly prepared, meaning my face got burned.

Very kind staff, walk you through every step and make sure you’re comfortable. Had great results with laser hair removal, used to go to the ten spot and pay $100 per session for upper lip and now I pay max $300 for 5 sessions upper lip since this clinic has great deals. Can’t speak highly enough of this place, highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Period.My first time coming into the clinic I met with consultant Amanda. She is honestly just so lovely. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure to walk me through all the different treatments available. She was able to answer all my questions with such certainty. I’m so looking forward to starting my laser treatment! I can’t wait to get back to the clinic. All the nurses there are so attentive. It is so chic and clean! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic, or looking to start.

They've always been very understanding if I've had any issues arise that have stopped me from getting to my appointments. I've also been with them for 2-3 years now and the treatments are quite affective. They have amazing promos which make the prices a lot more affordable as well. The customer service is amazing.

I had been their customer since 2021. Initially, the service was very good and staffs were professional. Nowaday, I noticed that they have huge turnover and every time you will see new faces and they are compromising with quality too. I address the issue to their CEO Oscar Amar. But the guy cannot take criticisms positively and not sure how he got appointed as CEO. He stole my money and below is his response.Hello Fariha

I always have the most amazing experience when I visit the clinic. The nurses are honest and helpful and always make me feel comfortable. The nurse supervisor, Liz, is an absolute gem. 100% recomment this clinic.
