Diva Salon and Spa - Seton

I have been a client of Britts for 4 years. I've never had a stylest make as much of an effort to help me feel good about myself. She is by far the best hair stylist I've ever had. I'm so disappointed to be moving away, but I wish Britt all the best in life. I hope you call and request her next time you need a pick me up.

Whitney is my hairstylist and is the best! She is always so respectful about how much I want cut off. I like to maintain my long hair and she makes sure I still have it by the end while also giving her professional opinion and styling advice!

I visited Diva salon at Seton location to have my hair colouring and eyebrows done. My hairstylist Sherry was very friendly and accommodating. She is knowledgeable and experienced. Tieghan did a great job with my eyebrows. All the staffs were very nice. Overall my visit and experience to Diva salon was excellent.

New to the area and looking for a long over-due hair cut. From the phone call to make an appointment to check-out was an experience that has surpassed all former hair appointments. The front desk staff made me feel welcome, served coffee and chatted. Mandy was as promised “the best”. She took 5 minutes just to talk through my hair and lifestyle and what I was looking for. An organic oil head and neck massage preceded a wash. The cut was amazing. Mandy took her time thinning out my hair to achieve the style I was looking for. This is definitely “my” salon and Mandy my stylist going forward.

Great experience through and through. From booking the appointment to getting a friendly reminder the day before. When I arrived, the staff member at the desk made sure to greet me properly even though she was busy with something else. She also already had an idea who I was, even though it was my first visit.Tiffany was my stylist. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with everything throughout. Would definitely recommend getting a cut from Tiffany.

I want to send a big shout out to the staff at this location. Everyone is fantastic. Their service is top notch. I started attending monthly when I relocated to the SE from the NW. I see Zoe, who does my hair coloring, hair treatment, and haircuts. Zoe is an amazing stylist and person, I look forward to my monthly visits! Zoe is very professional and experienced; we had a great first consultation in which I explained my needs, and she checks with me each session to see if I have additional needs, any proposed changes and how things went. Ever since I started the services with Zoe, my hair looks amazing 100% of the times. I highly recommend her and this location to everyone.

I was super anxious walking in since this was my first time in forever walking into such a nice salon. But immediately the staff were extremely welcoming and even offered coffee or tea. I didn't feel like I was being upsold on any products, which was nice. The front staff gave me the freedom to browse around and there was very little wait time. Bebe was my stylist for the day and she was perfect. She walked me through everything that she was gonna do to make my dream haircut work. This place definitely knows how to make you relax and feel like a better you!

I came in for the first time, and saw Mandy to do my full head of highlights. I can't say enough good things about her. She was so precise, so talented and really listened to what I wanted done and made recommendations. I absolutely LOVE my hair and have already gotten so many compliments! I will definitely be back to see her for my touch up! Highly recommend!!

I had a very poor experience at this salon. She was an intermediate stylist so I had certain expectations. It took her 3 hours to put foils in my hair, I have hair just past my shoulders and very fine hair. In total she finished in 5 hours but I went out with wet hair because they had the lady at the front blow dry my hair. I signed a form with a price range and I was charged the top of that price range. She used 10 volume so my hair didn’t process. I called and complained I had to send in pictures and they rebooked me. I was disappointed that two senior stylists working that day who saw my hair let me leave without rebooking me. Keara at Diva in Southcentre mall fixed my hair it looks amazing and I already rebooked with her for my next appointment.
