We bring our good kitchen knives here to be sharpened. Quality work at good prices. Nothing better than a really sharp knife in the kitchen! Many restaurants use this place for service and supplies.

Sadly I will never return to this store. The salesman was the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rudest person I've seen. I was prepared to spend between $750-$1000 on knives and he was bothered when I asked for his recommendations and guidance. I'm retired and was in industrial sales for over 50 years. Never have I seen such an attitude in a person. It's a shame because Nella is recognized as the best in the bus.

If you like cooking gadgets and equipment this is the place for you. If you're in need of something for cooking you might think it's obscure, they probably have it.The range of items they offer is incredible. The quality is great and the service is second to none.I can't recommend this place highly enough.

First time to Nella, staff member and owner were rude and they overcharged me $20. One knife was clearly marked $30 they rung it up at $45. Every price on the bill was different that the price tag on the product. Had to turn around and drive back, once I had pointed out the errors he asked me what do you want me to do about it"

The worst experience ever. Stefano has the worst communication skills as well as the most unprofessional customer care I have ever had. Do not go to this location as it will be very frustrating and a nightmare. Very obvious that they do not want to retain any customers. Stefano should look into getting some communication and customer skills training. Just terrible!
