poor service and didn't finish the job. very rude !!! Don't let these people in your home or business!! What was supose to be a 2 hour job turned into months of waiting and the owner freaking out when I asked if he could please finish. I would strongly recommend using any other company !! The Owner is extremely rude and not professional !!

Very poor & unprofessional serrvice. I had a commercial washing machine down for 2 weeks waiting for a reply to 3 voice mails to the office, 2 voice mails and 2 text messages to Eddy, their service guy. They never did call me back

I did not know this company. One of my electrician friend told me about Eddie (technician) who works for this company. I told him about the knob of my electric cooker. He did phone me asked the location of my house. He did came & spend less than five minutes and then called me back that to repair the knob of the cooker will cost $500.00 but if I buy the whole knob, it will be cheaper.I told him that I will let him know.Fortunately after work I did open the knob myself and fixed it. I do not have any back ground of any repairs of this kind. After that I did Phone Eddie & told him that thank you for coming but I have already fixed it; so I do not need his service for the time being.To my surprise I got an Invoice of $94.35 for his visit.I did talk to the employer that his employee did not tell me initially about this charge, then I would not even call him.I found the owner of the company is greedy, unprofessional.I paid the money & definitely I would feel better if I could feed a street puppy with that fund.Please beware; ask in details before asking for service.

Called on a Tuesday and he came on the Wednesday! Fast, friendly, and figured out the problem right away. Definitely would call him again!

Awesome work and did not charge an arm and leg!!! They are super busy but they took the time to call and troubleshoot over the phone to see if they really needed to come. Then after coming and fixing -did a followup a few days later to make sure the problem fixed. I DID NOT have to buy a new fridge -thankyou thnakyou

We were in dire straights with our fridge not working. We phoned them at 8:00 am and they were at our house by 11:30. An hour later and our fridge was back working. The technician Eddy was very knowledgable and shared information as to what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts in his van to do the repair. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them. Wayne Shewchuk

I have contacted Eddy a few times over the years. Twice he guided me through troubleshooting successfully - saving me a service call cost. On one occasion he fixed a washer at my parents home. The repairs were done efficiently and he was very kind to my parents and visited with them for awhile - it was the highlight of their day.
