Absolutely phenomenal AYCE sushi. Went for lunch buffet which still had some specialty rolls and great selection at least of all my regular favorites. Paper and pencil ordering (which I personally prefer). The portions were incredible and the fish was incredibly fresh. The fish to rice ratio was incredible and they don't skimp on anything or downsize the rolls. The dragon rolls are M A S S I V E. Its the quality of a la carte sushi and I'd dare say even better and at an affordable AYCE rate. Order a bit less that your usually AYCE order since the portions and pieces are so big it's easier to accidentally over order. I can't say enough about how amazing it was. The atmosphere was perfect for me, it's not too modern with harsh edges but instead that comfortable feeling with classic decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I went on a weekday at lunch.Highly recommend :)

I’d rate it a 3.5 Service was fast and it was affordable. The sushi was ok, I’ve had better. It’s a small restaurant so I would suggest making a reservation if you plan to go here.

This is the best sushi place I’ve been to!! I tried so many places and nothing was as good as Echo. Everything was so fresh!!! We got about 6 rolls and literally ate them all, nothing was left. Fish is so fresh, rice is exactly how it should be. Everything was spot on! We will definitely be coming back once we visit Toronto again- (Check out the photos to see what we got)If you’re in the high town Toronto area, I highly recommend this place!!

Came here for a sudden craving for ayce sushi, esp for squid sushi.The google review said this was the best ayce place, and I almost 100% agree.Their squid sushi tasted weird. Usually, the squid would have the transparent look and taste unique, but this time, it was white and tasted.. like rubber? And bland.The other selections of sushi were very very good!I would consider going again if the squid sushi turns out differently next time!

The food is good with live sushi stations, you can enjoy a wide range of sushi options and being a vegetarian I love some options, I had ordered Bento box B (Vegetarian) for myself, it comes with a salad, soup, rice bowl, sushi and a box filled with edamame and veggies and a spring roll though they did not have a vegetarian soup, they gave me extra salad which was basically coleslaw, carrot and sauce, which was pretty decent but the Bento box in a whole was an exiting choice with such healthy inclusion of food, the service was ok and pretty slow, but in a whole great taste and experience.

Delicious Japanese food. The ayce option isn't too bad and the menu is quite expansive. The sushi is good but I found the cooked food to really shine. I enjoyed the enoki beef rolls and the short ribs the most.Service is friendly and fast. Sometimes a bit too fast, all my orders came out at once and I ran out of table space!The ayce menu is on paper so you don't get to see what you're ordering or get a description. But you can ask for the regular menu for reference.

My husband has been wanting to go to this place because he saw good reviews. When we got there, I felt kind of skeptical because it wasn't like the other sushi AYCE chains that you can find in downtown or Asian areas. The place looked a little bit older. But then once we ordered the food, we understood why they had good reviews and they had so many takeout orders. Their sushi and sashimi quality is great! They are not like the sushi AYCE chains that give you tiny pieces of sashimi, this place gives you a proper portion. The beef tataki was so good, I felt that the beef was melting in my mouth. They did forget to make a few of our orders, but that's ok, we were overall still very satisfied with our experience. We are definitely coming back with our other sushi/sashimi-lover friends!

Great selection of rolls done in different ways. The brown rice rolls were a pleasant change of pace and I recommend the torched snow dragon roll. The staff are friendly, attentive and manage in house service with the to-go orders very well. A great local AYCE spot overall.
