Many operators for whale watching tours available. Choice of boat sizes and passenger numbers. Lots of sightings of a few different whale species as well as porpoise, seal, penguins even. Operators must stay a minimum of 200m from animals so be a zoom camera is a must. I visited first week in July and it was extremely busy. Be sure to book accommodation early.

The attendants are wonderful! Informative and very helpful. We saw several beluga whales and could hear them too. The Adirondack chairs at the Pointe-Noire to relax and take in the view are awesome.

Loved it! Scenery is incredible! Didn't get lucky to see belugas but enjoyed a lot our hike to La Halt du Béluga in Baie-Saint-Marguerite sector. 6km hike is very easy, perfect fit for families with small children.
