Milwaukee Factory Service

Great customer service here, bought a Milwaukee framing nailer a few months ago and it started acting up recently, brought it here right before close and was given a replacement nailer right away. Would recommend Milwaukee and their shop in the city anytime!

Leaving a positive review after my experience with warranty on some sockets. Will be confident buying Milwaukee tools in the future knowing they have great warranty!

Small storefront but, they have everything Milwaukee sells as well as having a decent size repair shop. The guy I talked with was great, knowledgeable and upfront on repair prices and how long it will take to get them back.

I took my heated jacket in to be sent away as the store I bought it from had told me that because it was over a year old there was nothing they could do. Which was ridiculous because I got it for a gift, wore it one winter then put it away - the next winter it didn't work (battery was fine and hasn't been washed). The store apparently talked to the rep and they recommended taking it to the Milwaukee Depot in Saskatoon (over 150km from me) and that I'd have to pay to have it looked at/sent away. When I got there and explained what had happened the two gentlemen I dealt with were extremely understanding and helpful and actually ordered me a new jacket as a goodwill gesture - it was 100% unexpected but 100% appreciated and I was so happy they stood behind their product. So if you read this fellas - thank you so much!

Brought in a battery with a broken case. They swapped cases while I waited and I was on my way at no charge! Very happy with the service I received!

Can you explain why your driver thinks double parking in our lot is okay? It is a hazard for emergency services.

I will start my review by saying that the Saskatoon centre basically ripped me of for 80.00$.A ratchet purchased online cracked during proper operation . The service centre first said there was no warranty because we abused the tool .After they said the tech made a mistake by using that word and I was told by Chris that the broken part was a changeable part and that why there is no warranty . Then the manager called me and said the technician determined that the casting was ok and said that they put it under a microscope. Now he is referring to test that are only done at a foundry at the time of casting . Basically each worker lies a different lie ..stay away from these people …

When a Milwaukee hammer drill stopped working, my father-in-law suggested I take it the Milwaukee Store. I thought it was a joke. I've had terrible luck in the past finding ANYONE in Saskatoon that fixes power tools. But this place really exists!The issue was at least partly the need for a new cord, but it had never seen the inside of a maintenance shop and was easily over 10 years old. So I had them give it the works.They didn't keep it more than a few days and did excellent work. The bill was no more than $75, but it works better than ever. Too bad they don't work on all brands of power tools. But I'd go back there with my Milwaukee stuff in a heartbeat.

Awesome group of guys. Great prices on some refurb tools. I’m not a contractor but I do enjoy high quality tools. So since I am not using the them daily, I love these top quality refurb products. They are pretty much brand new for a fraction of the price.
