I came from BC with my process started there, and honestly, I was worried It would be complicated to continue it here. Bureaucracy intimidates me, especially when it comes to matters of my protected-person status, which is so crucial for me. My VM was acknowledged promptly and I was able to book an appointment with Tony quickly. I was happily surprised by how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional he was. He informed me about COMPASS as well as resources I could use, like specific support groups, and how to get my Ontario health card, among other important information. After my consult, I felt so relieved, and much more hopeful and confident about my application. Thank you guys for your excellent service. It means a lot to have this non-profit organization changing lives for people like myself. Best place for helping newcomers. I have lived in many cities in Canada couldn't find such a good NGO like MCRS.

They halped refugees in every process. They are friendly and helpfull. If you are new to Canada , go and meet with them, they will help you greatly.
