Dr. DAY and his staff were friendly & courteous and put me at ease at my appointment. I have full confidence in the expertise and dermatology service provided to me.

I went for consultation to treat a bad scars, the surgeons and other doctors who treated me said I was good to go to treat my scars. In the clinic dr Day said they look like lupus disease so he have to run different tests before thinking on scar’s treatment and even when I knew I was ok I accepted as I really wanted a treatment, they took pictures of me, they opened 2 spots to get examples, I got stitches on my currently scars and after all of that it’s been months with no answers, I called the clinic, I left messages for the doctor with the receptionist, I had to go with other general doctor to get in my fiel and find out that I was totally fine (I knew I was fine) and I never got back my $50 deposit of consultation even when I didn’t get any word from doctor. I am very disappointed with this clinic. Even not a call after all. So disappointed.

I saw Stephanie for a dermaplane treatment a few days ago and cant say enough about how great the experience was. She's professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain whatever service you're getting done. 100% would recommend and I will be going in again to see her for future services.

Well Dangle me Timbers! What a great clinic full of friendly staff led by a great dermatologist.So it was a while to get in to see him but who’s fault is that? Not Doctor Day that’s for sure. It takes time to get in because he’s obviously got a great reputation.The visit with Doctor Day was comfortable and reassuring. He was friendly and sociable. We discussed my condition, what was wrong, reviewed medications I was taking and how they’d positively react. He gave me a good supply of sample products with easy to follow instructions to use daily and prescribed additional medication to use as needed.Yes, I’ll say this. He knows his stuff and should be thought of and respected as the specialist he is. I imagine it can be hard to receive bad news but one should listen to his recommendations and take his advice. After all, he and his team are the specialists. Leaving a one star review because of bad news is just…bad news.I’ll be back. Thanks Innovation Dermatology for doing good work.

Dr. Day and his staff have changed my life. For 15+ years I suffered with psoriasis all over my body. It affected my life in horrible ways, from not wanting to spend time with friends, not wanting to wear shorts or a swimsuit, not exercising not swimming… and more. For the past 2 years I’ve been on Siliq (injections) and I couldn’t be happier. The side effects are minimal, if any, and my skin hasn’t looked this good since I was a kid. If you suffer with psoriasis, this is an amazing option I hope people will try. Thank you Dr. Day!!

Dr Day and staff at reception desks are amazing! Today I went to Innovation Dermatology to book my appointment with Dr Day and was so lucky to be assessed by him right away.Dr Day is very knowledgeable, professional, well experienced, informative, and patient focused. He really took the time to address all of my skin issues, thoroughly explained the plan of action, and possible treatments.By the way, that is my second experience with Innovation Dermatology. The fist time I was there for my son’s acne treatment. He was seen by Dr Day as well. Dr Day was very attentive to his needs by explaining him the issue in sample language and making some jokes. The treatments and products are worth it. We can see wonderful results.I am so pleased and high recommend Innovation Dermatology to anyone. I will be going in again to see Dr Day for future appointments. Wonderful team! Thank you very much for your service!

I went to Innovation Dermatology yesterday for a Hydra Facial and it was fantastic!! Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable! She identified my specific skin concerns and explained them along with possible treatment options. I could not believe how much time she took to even find me the perfect matching loose powder. It was a phenomenal experience and I look forward to seeing Stephanie again.

Dr. Day and Marianne were wonderful. I am so happy with the results for the CO2 laser treatment. I had a lot of spots on my face that really bothered me. Now my skin is smooth and fresh. Lines and wrinkles have disappeared! I highly recommend the treatment I received.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Dr day is one of of the most unprofessional Dr's I've ever met, along with his staff. After suffering for 2 years, getting a referal, and waiting another 9 months for the appointment with Dr day it turned out to be such a waist of time. I left the office in tears. I did a lot of my own research after that, diagnosed myself, took my findings to my family Dr and am now 2 weeks into treatment. 3 years later rash and pain free!!!! Zero help from dr. Day...don't waist your time with this place if you have an actual medical issue.
