I wish I didn't have to give a star worst pharmacy I called to pick up my medication they said they would call when my prescription was ready for pick up I never got a call so I went there they charged me for the wrong medication and didn't give me the right one and the pharmacist is a liar

This was my first time seeing a pharmacist to obtain a prescription. The process was simple and convenient and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to others.

Having only just discovered this pharmacy/walk in clinic a few days ago, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with everything these fine people did for me. Being on a wait list for a new doctor, I was without repeats on a medication I have to take daily. I walked into Guardian on a Thursday, and by Saturday I was sitting in a room, talking with a doctor in Toronto via Skype. Literally minutes later I had my prescription and was on my way. There are still people who treat you with kindness and empathy. Much respect.

I had a very bad cough, because of which I did not sleep for a day. Medicine that was prescribed to me, helped to ease the symphtoms in hours after I took them. The staff is very friendly, I especially liked the guy who explained how to use the prescribed medicines. The doctor was very professional and was able to quickly determine which medications could help me.

I have had nothing but politeness Scripts ready on time Staff is exceptional. They don't only deal with Prescriptions they have a wide variety of other items Such as Shampoo Laundry items Dishwasher soap Salves Pain medication Advil Tylenol etc. Check the store for your items that you may need or call before going. RitaThey always ask how you are, they go beyond helping you ! They have myself and family as customers for life. Fantastic and opened on Sunday as well.

The team at High St Guardian Pharmacy have provided great care for many of our patients. We are grateful for their help through the years, including offering an on site flu vaccination clinic for our patients.

I switched to Guardian pharmacy because someone told me their customer service is amazing.This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist has some of the best customer service. He was so friendly and acted like he has known me for years. He sounds like he really cares. The original girl (Amber?) who answered the phone and took my initial information was also extremely nice and called me back promptly. The pharmacy delivered to my house for free, even though I am just on the cusp of being out of Peterborough. I had Guardian switch my prescription from Costco, setup my account and deliver my prescription to my house all in a couple of hours. Incredible service!!!!I have already told numerous people how good this pharmacy is. Thanks!!
