I was referred to this company by a friend of mine and they were right. Made an appointment with the owner and what he quoted me was exactly what i paid. No hidden fees. Both service technicians that arrived at my house were professional and very nice. I will not hesitate in referring them to anyone i know that is need of duct cleaning. I am a very satisfied customer.

My son is suffering from serious asthma and allergies, we definitely need this to be done. We were scheduled in for between, 2-4 pm. Around 6pm they called me and said they had a flat tire and they could come around 7pm. Just to find out that they couldn't clean my air ducts. The owner called the next day and told me that he was in the hospital and asked if his technician actually was there. In the meantime the call center would call me and ask is they could do the job. I've explained to them about the situation (our place is extremely hard to reach, no driveway out front), first the technician said they couldn't do it. Three days later the call center said, they would really like the job. If they were actually smart, they would know that we had a snow storm! They definitely wouldn't be able to get the truck close now. Basically wasted my whole day for nothing!

Scheduled for a duct and dryer cleaning on a Saturday. Was given a window from 11-2. We waited the whole time, cleared spaces on the street for the truck as requested, which is no easy feat and nobody came. Called to follow up and got no answer. Never received a call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of our Saturday.

John and his crew provided great service. They are very responsive to requests and extremely courteous and friendly. They were in and out fast. Their rates are competitive, and they gave me a discount as a first-time customer. The best! Highly recommended!

Hired City Duct Cleaning for my condo unit.Highly unprofessional, rude, priced higher than all other duct cleaning companies and would definitely NOT recommend. All of the customer reviews" that are posted on their website are obviously fake or filtered to only show the positive.Showed up 5 hours late with no phone call (we had to call them multiple times to find out where they were)
