I would not recommend Victoria Nagessar to my worst enemy. Victoria failed me in so many ways. I did not find out until a year into my family matter that Victoria failed to submit several very important documents. By the time I found out, it was far too late. Immediately after court I was receiving terrible advice from Victoria and had to reach out to a completely different law firm who helped me immensely in just two hours... so please do yourself a favor and keep looking for someone with more experience and will actually take your case seriously.

I was referred to Victoria by a friend of mine and I ended up being passed off to another associate who didn’t know anything about my case. Barley spoke with him at all, just got told no to everything even though I’ve been told numerous times I have a case to which he agreed but then refused to incident it In My case . Then I told them I was getting a second opinion and they refused to represent me. They then proceed to tell me because I wanted a second opinion that I have ruined the relationship.Extremely unprofessional.
