We recently had Mondo Mechanical out to do a service on our A/C. Vince did an amazing job and we were very happy. Now unfortunately shortly afterward our unit stopped working. Vince was back out the very next day. It turned out that there was a coolant leak do to a manufacturer defect/ faulty connector ( unrelated to the initial service). Vince wasn't sure how soon he could get the parts so he called the office and the whole Mondo team sprang into action . Not only did the office send out a portable unit to help keep our house at least bearable until repairs were completed. They scrambled and managed to locate the parts and were back today to complete the repairs. They also advocated on our behalf with the manufacturer and even though we were past the warranty, they still managed to get it covered so we literally paid nothing out of pocket. Now that is what I call customer service. I would never hesitate to recommend Matt, Candace, Vince and the rest if the Mondo team to anyone. Big big job well done

I highly recommend Mondo Mechanical. Vince patiently answered all my questions while he showed me the issues with our furnace. He worked very efficiently to fix it. I also had the pleasure to speak to Matt and he was pleasant and honest during our conversation. Great service overall. We will definitely use them again.

Matt responded to our emergency very quickly! We are grateful for their response time and they made sure we're squeezed in as we don't have heat. As soon as the next day they booked to replace our furnace and we had not only Vince & Seth, but Dean and Connor all working together to install it quicker. Wonderful experience with this company! Matt quickly responded to my call and provided some suggestions to try before determining an appointment was required. The technician, Vince, was able to fit me in the next day. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and potential solutions. In addition to the service that day, Vince went above and beyond to return my old equipment when I discovered it was required for warranty purposes. I would highly recommend Mondo Mechanical. After receiving a very high power/gas bill due to my air conditioner running nonstop, I called Mondo Mechanical. Vincent came the very next day. Within 15 minutes he was able to solve the problem and explained in detail what he had done for the solution. He did not charge me for his time. I am very thankful for their service and thoughtfulness.
