My mom took her dog to this place and was extremely upset afterwards. She’s not too keen on writing reviews but I think others need to know how awful she and her dog were treated. Her dog came home and was so afraid and skittish after the appointment. The dog’s fur was completely choppy and uneven. I get that some dogs may be difficult to do- but then be honest about it! Say I feel uncomfortable with it… don’t take people’s money!

Excellent experience. I recently had my Boston Terrier puppy here for a bath & tidy and it was simply wonderful. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and they did an amazing job (along with providing a super cute portrait after!) :)

Took Quinn in for her first ever trip to the groomer, she went in an anxious pup and came out completely at ease and happy about her time at the spa. Max corgi butt fluff was achieved, couldn't ask for more.

We drive from Red Deer to bring our 2 dogs here to get groomed because they do such a great job. Our larger dog gets overly excited around other dogs, but they work with us to accommodate her behaviours and book us in very quickly. Dogs come back looking amazing and happy as can be every time. Won’t go any where else.

She was able to get my 3 weims in with short notice and wasn't overwhelmed at all when I brought all 3 crazies in. She did a fantastic job and everyone was super soft shiny & happy when I picked them up. Definitely a great job well done!!

I recently started taking my golden doodle to this groomer and can’t say enough nice things! The ladies that work there are extremely friendly and professional. My dog gets very nervous for the groomer and at past places he would home with uncomfortable/sore spots and would lick himself for days. This has never happened coming to unleashed & he always looks so so handsome. They are very accommodating and really listen to you when you have specific requests. Thank you for making my boy feel so comfortable & always look his best!
