Great, honest company to deal with. I had him in to complete work on my legal secondary suite’s second furnace. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor who started the project and he was willing to work with me and accommodate what we needed to get the project to completion. I really appreciated his honestly and fairness with the whole situation. I would definitely recommend him for any future HVAC work.

Anwar just finished some work on my basement development. A few cold air returns and a heat duct added and one moved. He was fast and the work was done cleanly and looks good. Fair price. All in all I'm happy. Thanks Anwar!

Made an appointment for a quote on Saturday to install a fan in an undeveloped basement. Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable, explained all the options to me plus the pros and cons of each. Also pointed out some areas that I needed to be considered (ie no heat in the planned bathroom). Work was completed same day.

I developed a secondary suite- Anward installed a second furnace in a very tight space. He made it work. His technical knowledge is high in the subject matter, communication is also high. I was well informed of what I should expect before, during and after project completion. What I like the most is that he pointed out many other deficiencies that didn't pertain to his work but he had knowledge of. He also fixed some small deficiencies I had and gave me suggestions. For example, he installed the rough-in for the old furnace in the event it breaks down. One inspector told me that is one of the smartest decision I took. I failed the inspection 3 times due to deficiencies not attributed to Anward. I called Arward and he fixed them in 1 day - inspection passed. Thanks Anward! I appreciate your help and hard work

I needed a quick turnaround time to get three different appliances vented at two different properties - a dryer, a bathroom fan, and a range hood. Each had their own unique challenges (just like every task out there), but Flames Air Heating & Sheet Metal was able to overcome those challenges with ease, on budget, and all in under a week, including inspection.Anwar was incredibly knowledgeable and even answered the inane questions I had about HVAC and my project, even while climbing through an attic. I contacted these guys on a Friday, they came and took a look at the job on Saturday and had the work completed mid day Monday. They were great to deal with, flexible, and quick and efficient. I will certainly use them on future jobs i need done and recommend them to others for sure.

Very pleased with his quality of work, and his willingness to schedule the work for days that overlapped with my framing carpenter. Anwar did new Humidifer for my house for $1100 with gst in October 2017. However after less than 2 years it already has leaking issues with all of a sudden there are lots of water getting leaked under the Humidifer. His work is only guaranteed for 1 year, past that period, I have to deal with it on my own. I would not recommend Anwar because there is leaking in less than 2 years. I will research better for a trustworthy company for hvac services.
