Prices are extremely high for the quality of food. Waitress was nice but slow. Trying to get refills was a challenge even though it was really slow. It was very clean but it seems like the portions have gotten much smaller and they didn't give my son his dessert that should've come with his meal.

BP is all time favourite but first time I came to Beaumont for the food taste and it’s awesome. Dill pickle was really crispy and of course how can I miss Wednesday wings which was really good.

I appreciate the opportunity to dine at your establishment and I must say that the food was quite enjoyable. However, I did have a few concerns regarding the service.The wait for our food was longer than expected (Over an hour while the majority of tables were well into their meals) for a less than busy lunch rush, and our drinks remained empty at the table for quite some time. The single starter took almost half an hour on its own.Having stayed for almost two hours (unneccessarily) and needing to go, we asked for to-go containers, we awaited yet a substanial amount of time, (of which we chose to pay the bill using the noted mobile app on the table as the wait was no longer reasonable) and were eventually prompted with the bill and no containers.I can not help feeling that we were not valued customers and hope that this feedback can be used to improve future experiences.

We waited about an hour and a half on the lower side of an estimation.... they messed up my meal and had gluten which I couldn't have so I didn't eat, they offered me veggies because the kitchen was going to take too long to remake and I was with my 3 year old who was working on her meal and had waited so long. I took the veggies and they charged me for it... Hospitality these days is sad.

The server Scott made everything perfect for our daughters birthday there was even a gluten free brownie to accommodate a celiac. My wife and I enjoyed the lounge and Appy Hour. Our service in the lounge was also excellent, Tanya was delightful and friendly. Very clean Boston Pizza you will only find this in a Beaumont, Alberta restaurant.

I find Boston pizza to be boring since being around it for so long, however the Beaumont location surprised me. We ordered spinach dip and the food came out perfectly fresh and crispy the bread still had a buttery sheen when the bread is usually dull and dry. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and it was honestly exactly what I was hoping really good. And lastly I ordered a side ceaser salad and it was bomb! Very happy night spent.

Typical Boston Pizza - some days great, some days meh. Service was average, Stella was cold and wet, family was awesome!BP restaurants are everywhere, and while nothing on the menu is outstanding, the food is consistent and predictable. Good family night out.

Went tonight for a date at 7pm. Location is super easy to find, lots of parking and we'll lit parking lot.Went to the bar side and love the selection of booths. Server was Kara and she was awesome. Very helpful, funny and was pleasant to chat with. She got our orders right and the food was served hot and quick too.She let us know when she would be on break and who would be taking over. Ashley was equally delightful and attentive.Only issue was with regards to the TV, Kara will laugh, they were out of sync and she explained how she hadn't a clue how to fix them and we laughed. Management might want to take a look into that.

I've been to two different Boston Pizza's in the last week and had the same problem in both places. The first place, the fries were so spicy I couldn't eat them. The waiter muttered something about cactus cut fries being in the same deep fryer. Then tonight I had a Big Dipper delivered home. The sandwich was so spicy I could barely get through the first half. My daughter, who loves spicy stuff said it was gross all the way around. Too spicy, too garlicky, the beef was tough and thick. I called the restaurant and the manager said that sometimes the cooks put the food in the cactus cut deep fryer by mistake. So, the onion rings in my sandwich were the culprit. Call Uber eats to complain.One of the reasons that I'm disappointed is that trying to get a decent beef dip is almost non existent anymore. Why did any restaurant company think that they need to put a bunch of extras into a beef dip. The combo of horse radish, garlic and soggy red peppers is nauseating. The sweet onion Au Jus was a big nope. Just go back to tradition. I gave one star for the sweet potato fries. You can do better BP! Please don't bother telling me to go complain on another site so you can follow up. This is it.
