She met us a few times to go over what I had envisioned and made suggestions to ensure the reception hall was perfect.Everyone was so impressed by the decor and we got so many compliments. Queena did an excellent job for my wedding decor and bouquets. The design and colour is exactly what i wanted. I am very picky and she has a lot of patient with me. She bought the lace table cloth and pink flower just for my wedding. She provides excellent customer service and creativity and she has huge selection of decorations to choose from. Really unprofessional. I really wanted to work with Queen as her designs are beautiful but she is way to busy to even have a meeting with us as new possible clients. We booked a meeting with her 2 weeks ago, and when the time for our meeting came around my fiancé had to drive 2 hours to meet with her, and instead of having a meeting with us, she told us to leave and asked us to message her on Whatsapp instead.

I purchased flowers and rented tablecloths from Queena for my wedding this year. Her pricing is more than reasonable as I found places like Michaels to be very expensive and Amazon to be of low quality. Queena was always friendly and willing to help with our needs. I showed her the flowers I wanted to purchase for our arch and she recommended that I use less flowers than I was going to purchase. I felt that she genuinely cared about her customers over making a profit. She carries a variety of supplies that you can rent as well and the process is very easy.
