Dr. Vizel took care of me during my second heart attack. I liked him and felt confident that he was doing all testing and treatments necessary. I went for a follow up visit this year during COVID-19 protocols at the hospital and again felt very safe and got the care I needed.

Dr Vizel is really lost and his staff is the worst staff ever. They are rude, disgusting, no respect and have real bad manners, especially Bev, Kayla and DrVizel. They think they know everything and they scream and insults everybody they deal with and have 0 professionalism. My father in law was a patient with DrVizel for 3 years and have bad heart problems. He needed to consult him and change his pills because again they were not suitable for him. DrVizel Told him he had to wait 8 weeks before he can see him for 5 minutes. If we didn’t get another cardiologist (Dr.Pandy) referral from our Family doctor, my father-in-law wouldn’t be here today. Dr.Pandy saved his life and DrVizel almost ended his. Keep looking for another doctor cabinet as you do not want to deal with their problems and have more consequences. He’s also on the verge of retiring really soon. If I could give 0 stars I would without a heartbeat.

Dr Vizel did all the testing he felt was necessary. He was very thorough. I feel very confident having this doctor handling my care. I would highly recommend him!

He seems to be a average doctor. Nothing special.Today, March 9/23,is the second time he has been more than an hour late. This time he took me as I was going out the door. The first time I just left. Not acceptable. Won't return.

Dr is ok but the staff in front desk is very rude

New to Cambridge. Was referred to this dr as my regular cardiologist was now too far due to my move. Had my first apt today @ 2pm the lady who did call me to confirm my apt a couple of days ago did warn me this would be a long apt but I just thought maybe it's because am new to the dr and he wanted me running some tests ?! Who knows either way i forgot to ask on the call but when i arrived for my 2pm to my surprise the lady at front desk says the WAIT could be up to 2hrs after the scheduled apt time she then continues explaining the dr runs the office as well as works in the hospital so his timing variees by 2hrs on apts booked in the office but usually this is the MAX time and said she had to say it to all patients so they are aware but made it seem like its rare. So I decide to wait it out but after 1.5 hrs with no sight of a dr but just more patients filling up the waiting room I decide i had enough and left. Am sorry but my time is also precious and I also have other things in my day (including children) then to have an apt booked only to wait on the Dr's arrival for 1.5 hrs ! When i kindly let the lady know i was leaving she asked if i wanted to reschedule and i asked her is this 2hr wait time an every apt thing ? She said YES so i adv her no rescheduling needed as i didnt plan to come back. Ridiculous imo I'll definitely be going back to my regular cardiologist I mean it's the worth the drive after today's experience.

I was not there to see this doctor, but, Dr.Chan who shares an office.Dr.Vizel's head receptionist is an absolute disgrace and at the very least should no longer have a job there.While I was waiting I witnessed first hand her bullying and yelling to elderly patients as well as to people on the phone.This behaviour was disgusting!!!Considering the doctor they are waiting to see compassion and a friendly matter should definitely be the norm.

I was very pleased with the medical care that I received from Dr. Vizel.He is extremely competent, knowledgeable and I felt fully confident in his diagnosis. I don't think the behaviour of his receptionist is relevant in this review spot.
