I was looking for the best deal I could find on a new Black Crown II table including a trade in on my old table. From the start BJ were responsive and returned my notes and answered my questions. Their price on the deal was the best by far. On installation day they showed up on time and did an expert job of installing my new table. I could not be more pleased!!

I have been looking far and wide for a great game room specialist. I found Billiard Jean in Gatineau, and decided I would take the drive. I am glad I did. The store offered an amazing selection of darts, poker and billiard. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. A few weeks later decided to buy a pool table. The very next day my table was installed. The installers were very professional and did an astonishing job!Thank You Billiard Jean!

They were very attentive to small details.Strongly recommend to anyone that requires pool table servicing or assembling.Jonathan est passé ce matin assembler ma table de billard usagée. Great little store for your dart supplies and billard. They have great customer service and a great deals for darts and billard products I would recommend them to anyone I when in on my birthday to get a set of darts and was there for a good 4 hours trying all the sets they have there. And if they don't have what your looking you they will without a doubt get it for you. Great store and people.

We had an extremely friendly visit with the owner and his staff and ended up purchasing a pool table/ping pong set. They delivered and set it up. Fluently bilingual which was wonderful as our French is quite limited.
