I'd recommend Coady Boys for a great house painting job. They were responsive and professional, the crew was friendly and well organized, and we are very happy with the result.

The painting job itself was great. 5 star. The billing, initial estimate, true transparency of costs - very disappointing, although the owner and I communicated throughout the project. I would trust Kighe (excellent) to look at the job and provide his own estimate of hours required if he was told the level of expectation for the finish. He and his team were responsive to additional requests and did a very professional job. My advice? Be sure to ask questions before you start: (1) What “level” of detail do you expect? All wall blemishes removed? Some? I had never heard of levels of expectation and learned after I’d signed on. (2) Be sure to ask what the hourly rate is. The initial number of estimated hours was nowhere near what they turned out to be, although the overall timeframe for the work was the same. I would hire the team again IF I could get a very true picture of what it would cost.

They did a fantastic job of painting our condo! The trimming and edging are perfect! Everything was covered and no splatters. We are thrilled with the job! A pleasant, fun team to deal with! Highly recommended! Thank you Coady Boys Painting!!
