I felt uncomfortable in that place for several reasons. First, the mechanic there was not careful, and he broke the engine coolant tank Cap of my car. Rather than apologise, he acted like it was already broken. Second, he didn't stop talking in bad faith about the mechanic who did the last oil change of my van (which is very unethical). Third, he over-tight the engine oil filter cap and the engine oil drain plug. Fourth, He overpasses the safe oil level; For that reason, my O2 sensor gave me a check engine light alarm. Fifth, another customer showed up, so he worked in both vehicles simultaneously.We have different opinions about how to do an oil change. Maybe the mechanic there does the same process to all vehicles, and I follow the traits of the manual repair of my car in particular. As a customer, I acted humble, but he was sort of bullying about it. Like saying, “I know more than everyone else.”It is the first time I have to talk too much with a mechanic in an oil change express shop just to get sort of bullied by the mechanic.

Rolled up at 2pm on Saturday, they were JUST closing up, these fellas were nice enough to stay open to get my oil change done. They could have said sorry we're closed but they went the extra mile. Stellar service, much appreciated!!

Be nice if hours that are posted are hours they actually open. I arrived to get oil change at 10 on Saturday and not a light on in the building but online and answering machine said open Saturday at 9 tell 2.

Our experience here was like no other! The new management and staff were a much needed change, the general manager Brandon was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during our visit. Highly recommend their service!

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! I have been at this location several times and have spent a great deal of money. Last night I was rushed through and the slug of a guy had no ambition nor did he care about his job. They are suppose to do a 20 step fluid inspection and the only thing this kid cared about was leaving for the night!! I will be taking mine and my families business somewhere else.

In the final week of pregnancy preparation, I went through a list of things that Needed to be done, one of which was a car check up. They were wonderful with me, and a really appreciate the great lengths the went through to easy my mind.

This was my 2nd time here. First time was awful. Now that it's under new management, the service was phenomenal. TP was very polite, engaging and professional. Due to the new changes they are unable to do electronic tips. So bring cash. I was very happy with my experience there today. Thank you TP and Alvin.Many Thanks.. Sandy
