Was given old dried out chicken and have been suffering from severe food poisoning for 3 days now.Unless it's for ice cream avoid at all costs.

Love this Dairy Queen, awesome people and the food is consistently good! It's got a T.V. for the kids, great location here in town, a drive through, all the good stuff. The ice cream and blizzards always come out awesome, and for how busy they are it's amazing the quality is so high, someone is definitely managing this location really well.

I do not know why I continue to return. Past visits the Ice cream cones smaller them other DQs, ice cream sandwiches were under weight even after bringing to their attention and requesting a replacement, store owner is argumentative and gave out the personal details of someone he fired, over charged for milkshakes and the wait for drive thru takes forever. However this past visit was 20 min before closing. All the drive thru board lights were out, open sign on and people inside. Staff cars running in the parking lot. Hint taken .. they do not want to serve people . I did not bother them by going in and ordering.

It pains me to write this but won’t be visiting again. Went in with the family, one employee walking around, another sitting in the bench (in all fairness probably on break) and two in the back. We were completely ignored and left without being served. Even overheard the one employee on the radio that there were people at the front but still no service. As we were leaving the employee said ‘nevermind, they are leaving’. Very disappointing and won’t be back …… too bad, would have liked to support local.

Updated my review at bottomWell you all lost 3 stars because of your staff member at the front taking orders, could been 5 stars. I personally dont like having to wait 5 min while your cashier chats with ppl about life. i get it, they know you or your family, but its a place of work and other customers have places to be and dont enjoy standing waiting listening to your life. and since i heard the convo, i can say talk after work to them about whats new since they were a friend. other then that, my order was made fast, store was clean, nothing wrong there, but the staff that deals with customers has to be on the ball, they represent your store. pro tip girl that was working. ask your friend to wait a sec take my order, wasnt any one else after me. then go back chatting. sorry about the negative review. will up date if better next time i stop in.Update. Manager reached out to me and we had a nice phone conversation. Great to see Management being very proactive just based on that i am going to fix my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. thank you sir. was very appreciated.

Exceptionally slow service, not polite at the window and no ketchup or straw in the bag. The food was hot, at least, but my onion rings were all stuck together in a pile. I don’t see any excuse for this type of service, especially considering it was not during peak hours and there was no one else in line ahead of me. Can’t imagine I’ll return.

Came here a few times in the past and if i’m being honest, management here is super unprofessional. employees are often times seen lazing around, not present, or has attitude. I do find the owner/ manager here to be rather aggressive towards trainees too. New employees are bound to make mistakes, this place needs to treat their employees more humanly — specifically towards newer employees from what i’ve seen and heard. Perhaps it’s the lack of appropriate and reasonable discipline from the owner/ manager to employees that has lead to such poor attitudes, or perhaps it’s the other way around — poor character as a leader — either way, such behaviour is unacceptable and inexcusable. However, the recent trainee (the asian guy around mid 30s or so) that i’ve experienced has given quite the service. he was very friendly and made my friend’s and i’s visit very enjoyable and worth the trip to here for once.

Slow service, poor attitudes. Have to specifically ask for blizzards to actually be mixed however only ever taken seriously if I go inside. 9/10 blizzards are vanilla except for top layer. Just shows how cheap on toppings they are. Not acceptable for how expensive it is. Tonight was our last attempt. We will drive to Strathmore if we want ice cream. This is occasional ice cream cravings over the past year. The service isn't getting any better with time and staffing changes. Not worth it.
