The staff is super friendly, my only complaint is that when you mobile order they wait till you arrive to make it. I'm sure this comes from a nice place of wanting your order to be hot, but I order ahead so it can be cold enough to enjoy prior to work. This is the only Tim's that seems to do this. Good intentions, but would be great if it was made when ordered.

They turn down money and terrible service and very disrespectful! I'm not very happy with the service at this Tim Hortons along with many other as they don't pay attention to things such as the sugar machine. They run it out of sugar and don't refill it and end up give coffee with out sugar in it. This happens alot and many locations along with not having foods they should always have. Also at alot of locations they aren't moving very fast at all.

Hello guys not trying to be rude but something is wrong here with the coffee or how you been making it lately. Please clean the machines regularly or something. It is my stop every morning before work and it really ruins my day when I get a bad coffee. Maybe have a group meeting to discuss where the differences is between the staff. The other locations do not have this issue as I have tried all around trenton to see if the coffee recipe has changed. Once this gets fixed I will put the rating to 5 star as the staff... especially the window are amazing at their job and very friendly

Reading the few last reviews, I was really close to pass my way for another place. I still went, being just there and not finding anything else with a better rating in the area.Really, my experience has been really great.The two employees I spoke with were really friendly, client oriented and efficient.Order was perfect. No error of any kind on an Oder for 4 persons. Food was fresh. Washroom are clean.Based on my experience, it was definitively a 5 stars.

Who’s there on a Wednesday morning before 9 o’clock. The employees are more concerned with the people going through the drive-through than the line of 8 to 9 people inside of the store. The coffee is not made properly it is extremely watery and does not taste fresh. One of the staff members was pretty rude. Disorganized, small and claustrophobic. They don’t have any fresh food/sandwiches or soup after 5 to 6 PM. Very limited selection of donuts/baked goods. Will not be returning.

Went after work to get an iced Cap for my son....the people in front of me placed a long order, afterwards I get to pull up to the drive thru window and waited for 5+ mins with no communications.I couldn't leave the drive thru lane so I pulled in behind the vehicle in front and waited another 8+ mins. I didn't have a reason to stop and talk to the girl at the window as they didn't want to take my order, but conveniently were able to assist the vehicle behind me.Horrible customer service with horrible wait times. As I live on the base this was my go to on the way to work. Now I will go well out of my way into town and get my refreshments.

The staff at this location need to learn to listen to what people say to them. When a customer says they don’t want something on their order they mean it. When you tell someone specifically not to put something on your food you mean it. Also the word plain is not the hardest to understand. I have had to return too many orders and have the staff tell me they don’t understand what is wrong and or trying to tell me that I must have ordered it wrong.

Not the best Tim Hortons by any means. Store could be a little bit cleaner. Would he nice if they kept stock up so I'm not told that whatever I'm looking for they are out of. Has happened many times. Most staff there are friendly for the most part. Although most times whoever happens to be operating the drive thru - not even the same person each time just seems like it is this position - act like it takes far too much effort to take your order. Like you've inconvenienced them by having to tell them you want something. And to have to repeat your order because you can openly hear them socializing with other staff while they're supposed to be taking your order is annoying. Store isn't opened late anymore so if you're looking for anything later in the evening/overnight you will need to go elsewhere.

Although the staff were lovely, the coffee I’ve gotten the last three times visiting have been disgusting. Either machines aren’t cleaned or it’s tap water (I’m betting tap water) but it’s definitely not the coffee I’m used to having like Brockville’s. I won’t be getting coffee there again. (staff and cleanliness of store are 5 star, just the coffee tastes like sewer water, hence the rating)
