Good service and products

This company does not pay its bills!!If you need to do work for this company get cash up front.We tried to get as much information over the phone so the right tech can be dispatched. Upon arrival we quickly realized it was nothing like it was explained.over the phone. Unfortunately we were not able perform this repair for the over the phone estimate the customer was given, as the description of the type of equipment, site and conditions were certainly not as described over the phone.Our company like most has a minimum charge when called out to a customer site.Big Box would rather go to collections or small claims over $300.00If this is the way they operate I world make sure you make your payment arrangements and terms very clear.I would rate them less than 1 star.

The owner does not know how to talk to his customers. He thinks of money when he sees a customer. If google let me give a 0 star I would. Horrible Owner. Doesn’t even know how to speak. He insults his own customers. But he is pretty hypocritical. Please don’t go here!!!!!!
