Customer service was awful, the cashier was rude and abrupt regarding the return of my order. Rudely asked for my phone so she could verify my credit card numbers matched, and asked rudely if I had my own pen to sign the return slip. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Very few womens shoes in size 5 were available. After a while of searching we found a pair that fit in the childrens section. The shoes were marked as being 50% off. At the register we were told that the shoes are no longer on sale and they had just not gotten around to removing the sale tag from the shelf. Please, honor the prices that you have advertised around the store.

Went in to buy my 11 year old son rubber boots. They only had 1 type with none in his size (they were toddler sizes) but had 15 - 30 styles in multiple sizes for girls.

Wow! Brutal and very rude customer service from the staff and manager...they didn't care to help at all!!! No shoe sizes...nothing in this store. They have zero to offer. Don't waste your time. Give it less than a month and this place will close down too.

Went in. Found what I wanted. Tried asking for help for stock. At least 3 employees ignored me completely for 10 minutes, and what looked like the manager or supervisor was one of them. Put the shoes back down and I will not be back.
