Cancelled multiple times and then ghosted me after a couple months....tried to support local!

I called colour theory last minute to get my hair colored and cut and styled, and Justine was able to fit me in so I didn't have to wait!! The services I received was top notch!! I honestly have never seen my hair look so vibrant and healthy and just so Prettttty!! I would reccomend Justine to anyone looking to get their hair changed up!!! Definitely 10/10!! Thank you Justine!!!

I was recommended to get my hair done by Justine by one of her previous customers and I very much regret ever considering her. I looked at her previous work in pictures and saw that she had obtained the very colour I wanted previously on another person, so I decided that yes I would go with her.Unfortunately, Justine lied to me, first telling me she would be using high lift colours and then not using them. Then she told me later on after I had left with a colour I did not ask for, that she knew the entire time I could not get the colour I wanted without pre-lightening, which, while I was in the salon she said I could as my hair was Virgin hair.After this, she proceeded to post edited pictures of my hair, lie to her boss saying we had a consultation before hand where I agreed to get my hair dyed without lightening and deny lying altogether, thus consultation never happened, and if it had I would have agreed to paying extra to lighten.After posting a facebook post detailing my experience, she proceeded to lie more saying that I had recieved a full refund (which I did not). On top of all this, her boyfriend proceeded to post derogatory comments towards me.The colour proceeded to fade from an orangish tint in my hair (I wanted a vibrant orange, I had brown hair) back to the original colour in about a week and a half without it ever even being washed.Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else to get your hair done.

Justine from Colour Theory is amazing! She took the time to explain the options and study my hair before making suggestions to help me transition to natural grey.I went in with brassy blond, dark roots and white sides. It was quite the challenge, but she was very professional and took her time to ensure that every piece was perfectly matched! The results were outstanding!For all of you gals who want to transition gracefully (with a bit of help), Justine is the perfect solution.

Justine is an amazing colourist! She was great at listening to what I wanted but also honest with me about what would work for me. I’m so pleased with the colour, cut, and the way she styled my hair and even showed me how to style it to get the same look at home. I’m VERY happy!
