Great service, very professional guys here, they'll make you feel like you're being taken care of by honest people with good integrity. Had a tire repair done and I didn't get conned into buying new tires like you would at fountain tire. The price didn't make me cringe either.

Always great service when I bring my car here. The staff are polite, ,accomodating and efficient! When in for an oil change this weekend , I asked if they also did windshield chip repair , as Google had it listed a service offered. Much to my pleasant surprise , they do! Jithin was the gentleman who fixed my windshield, and he was so polite and patient throughout the repair.I was thanked for my business and sent away without a hefty bill and a smile as I exited. All star team . More businesses should try to mirror their customer service skills.

Every time we come to the Arthur street location, we are always greeted with a smile, offered a refreshment and always have great interactions with the staff. The service is quick and through, and we always feel like our vehicles are in good hands.

Good service but their process for waiting is a bit ridiculous. It's like playing musical cars when trying to accommodate first come, first serve. It seems like an increased risk process when trying to move more than a few cars around in order to get the next customer. Perhaps a light system to tell people which Bay to park in front of, or have one single lineup to wait to be directed to the next available Bay. Fix your process.

First time at Mr.Lube.I waited 10 minutes for a bay to open up, and then it was only 15 minutes for the oil change to be completed.Very polite and friendly techs. Very impressed with the service that I received!!

I originally gave low rating, due to being upset with the mishandling of my vehicle while visiting the facility, I received an oil change, as well as, a high beam replacement as one was burnt out. Since then I have changed my mind. After calling and talking with management Dave, as well as their supervisor Jason, they inspected the damage and have been able to replace the part that was damaged quite quickly. I appreciate the quick responses, as well as the kindness I have received. I will definitely be visiting them for 'in a pinch' oil changes in the future.
