I just called 5 mins ago, and I did confirm they are open 9-5pm, every day including weekends. Just wanted to update for others trying to find a port to cross on the weekends!

I will avoid this crossing at all costs. Canadian side was fantastic. American side, the lady was extremely rude, ignorant, and a ill informed on how things work in Sask, although she wanted to argue otherwise.
