We didn't wait long to be seated by the hostess then Sammy came to check in on us. Our waitress for the night. She was honestly so great! Did her best to explain things in english and had such a vibrant personality!Audrey was the gaming guru and helped us find a game.Staff = 10/10Now...the food is a different story.The burger was good had it without the bun. I loved the thin fries! Burger meat tasted good - pretty sure the beef patty is fresh or even made in house. You get two thin patties...super tasty.The poutine...good fries good cheese curds good smoked meat but TERRIBLE gravy. Apparently it's a chicken based gravy. It was so watery and the taste ruined the thought of what kind of poutine we were hoping to get.The nachos. Not bad...likely premade salsa with store bought tortilla chips...nothing special. You only have the option for pork or chilli option would have been nice to have shrimp chicken or even the smoked meat option for better variety.By the end of our meal Sammy came to see if we want the poutine as takeaway. I let her know it tasted terrible without expecting anything at all - just hoping the chef would consider changing it for the sake of future guests. She came with the bill later and removed the Poutine. THANK YOU!!☺We didn't stay more than 2 hours so can't speak to any time restriction. Our bill came to about 75$ I didn't pay but didn't notice any entry fee on there.

Great selection of games, very friendly staff, but I can’t recommend it anymore. The cover charge is $8 each for a 3-hour block of time, but you are then still required to buy a meal. I get it, but roll the cover charge into the prices. It just feels wrong to force a cover charge AND a meal. Find another way.Also, while I thought the food was decent at the time, a friend and I both discovered a few hours later that something in the poutine was bad.

It's a must go for anyone that likes board games. There are animators that help you choose games, the food is amazing and affordable, the service is is impeccable and you can roll a 20 sided dice to choose a 3$ shot on the board. If this doesn't sound like a good time then I'm sorry for you. Shot Norris knows what you need, trust him.

Let me begin by saying this is a very refreshing concept for the boardgame lounge scene. From custom decorations, a massive wall of games to try and an extremely reasonable price this is the place for boardgame enthusiasts and amatures alike!Oh and did I mention there is a full bistro service with a unique and delicious menu?Wether you are looking for a casual gamming experience and a few drinks with friends or a family day out with your children, the amazing staff will not only answer any questions you have but will even help teach you a brand new game from scratch!The fun doesnt stop there! Mostly every game on display can be purchased right next door for a competitive price!I might even see you there, my table is always open:)

Stopped in on a rare trip to Gatineau and love the place. Great service, fun, family-friendly atmosphere, great food and reasonable prices.I had the burger (done medium!) and the Mousse au Chocolat. Burger is like a high-end bistro doing a Big Mac. Will definitely have it again, but there are other things on the menu first - carpaccio!The desert wasn’t my favourite - but was still delicious. Chocolate mousse, peanuts and something like a cinnamon spiced beaver tail cube. Very tasty, but I’ll do the crème brûlée next time.Lots of board games, friendly helpful staff and metres from a few other excellent game shops. ❤️

Great food. Drinks(cocktails) are delicious.Games were so fun and the entertainment coordinator was knowledgeable and made some great suggestions.You will not touch your phones at this restaurant your too busy having fun with the games.I recommend games like centry

I was so impressed with their service. Their menu is great and so is their board game selection. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I couldn't eat much on their menu, so the chef made me a custom meal. It was delicious. They went above and beyond. When I ordered the nachos without any dairy later in the night they even added grated tofu so I'd have some protein. Also, the ambiance is great. I'll definitely be making the trek from Ottawa again.

Excellent ambiance, great game selection, helpful staff, good service, new twists on classics for food. What's not to love? Always ask if there is a chef's special (inspiration du moment)... You'll not regret it.

I went with a bunch of friends from church today and I have to say, it surprised me with how much fun and relaxing the atmosphere is! I'm not a huge board games fan but I found several games I liked. The food was amazing (especially the nachos) and they have a really great choice of drinks, alcoholic and otherwise. Can't wait to go back!
