We've been happy with Uberdog for both boarding and grooming. Our dog goes up to the ranch when we are away and looks to have a great time from all the photos that are sent. They are very responsive to any emails.

I have a tripod rescue ten month old puppy who has a lot of energy, loves all dogs, but was afraid of riding in cars and wary of strangers. Within two weeks (2 visits a week) he was as excited to see the shuttle van and the staff members as he was the dogs. He comes home exhausted and happy - which is all I really care about. Uberdog Hotel Midtown treats my dog like he is their own, and that is a relief to me. The staff is courteous and friendly, but extremely busy - I respect that. 5 stars all the way!

Living across the park from this business is really difficult at times, when they let multiple dogs bark endlessly. I have called out of concern before and it was just ignored. Of course dogs bark but they don't bark non-stop/incessantly if they are happy and being given attention. If I had a dog I absolutely wouldn't leave it with this business.

I have been religiously walking my golden puppy around the neighborhood for about a year now, and at times I have seen dogs left unattended in the vans on the side of the road. I have since realized that the windows are tinted. In the early mornings and afternoons these dogs are constantly barking, which I was woken up to on New Years, because the noise echoes throughout the entire neighborhood across the street which unfortunately I don't think they realize.

(May 22 2022) Saw a dog running around through Vanderhoof and Brentcliffe almost to Laird. Turns out the dog was lost and wandering. Ended up turning around (thankfully) and heading back towards Uberdog Hotel Midtown where an employee found the dog and brought it back.A couple months back I was walking through Leaside and an Uberdog Hotel van pulled up and asked me if I had seen a dog running around. So apparently this company has a problem losing dogs.

Not sure how my review got deleted, but I will continue to post to ensure people know about this place. Trust the 1 star reviews you’ll find. I wished I had checked here first. I called about a week previous and had a decent conversation with a male who told me that they could accommodate my small dog with mobility issues by leaving him in a kennel for half a day while I attend some training. Based on my conversation last week, I booked my training. Once the dates were finalized the other day, I called right away to create my booking at Uberdog. A very pompous & condescending young girl (with SA or Aussie accent) answered the phone and treated my questions with distain and ridicule. She accused me of lying about the conversation I had with a different employee the previous week and had the nerve to tell me that they had no males on staff. This young lady outwardly refused to give me the name of the owner and tried deflect and gaslight with accusatory questions about not being registered as a customer. Unbelievably poor social skills and even laughed when I told her that I was going to write a review of this location. I believe there is a medical term for this type of personality. Edit: I had left a message for the (male) owner a few hours ago regarding this issue and have yet to hear back from him. Food for thought…..

Both my dogs were boarding at uberdog in March. It was nightmare situation. Allegedly according to staff, they broke a window screen and jumped from the reception room window. Highly unlikely! One of my dog’s spooked and dodged traffic for 12 hours running as far out to Don Mills and Lawrence. We are so lucky this little guy is alive today. He was spotted at various locations, thankfully the community helped us locate him. Meanwhile, my other dog has not gotten back in our car since being picked up from the Uberdog location after the incident. It was awfully traumatic for us all.

I was driving my motorcycle on St. Clair west in wet conditions, when I was nearly side swiped by an Uberdog driver and van with license plate bzcb 363. The driver was swerving dangerously from lane to lane and driving too fast, causing dangerous situations, not to mention the discomfort he may have been causing the poor dogs he may have been transporting. I phoned Uberdog to report, with no response. Think twice about allowing your precious family to be transported by their irresponsible drivers.

A few months ago I sent an application at Uberdog for my 2 dogs. Initially I talked on the phone with a very nice girl who told me they received the application and wanted to schedule a first complimentary dog daycare visit to evaluate my dogs. I brought them in the morning and went back in the afternoon to pick them up. Once arrived, a girl, who seemed to be quite in a rush, answered the door and I told her I was there to pick up my dogs. She was completely unpolite, closed to door in my face and then came back asking me to wait outside, and also said she could not let me enter the building, no other explanations. All the time, while I was waiting she was coming back and forth, bringing some dogs to an uberdog car, and didn't even stare at me or gave me any information. After about 30 minutes another girl came back with my dogs, also in a rush, gave them back at me and said everything was fine and I could book daycare if I wanted to. She did not even gave me any feedback about how the dogs did. When I asked if it was possible for me to see the facilities she said it was no possible at the moment and left.I left the place with an unpleasant feeling in regards to the customer service, not feeling like the place could be safe enough for my dogs and decided not to bring them to Uberdog again. I think they should definitely rethink their customer service and how to make good first impressions to new costumers. I understand sometimes there could be issues with timing and rushing but this cannot be an excuse to be rude to the costumers.
