Brought my car in for some front end work and the service team was more than excellent. Terri at the front desk was friendly and accomodating. Parts were ordered in a timely manner and got to have my car back same day. 10/10 would recommend.

Nothing but issues last time my brand new truck left there it was towed cause it broke down time before they ripped whole interior of truck about 4 air bag lite and charge me 2 put truck back together than make appointment again to fix problem of truck breaking down day of appointment they tell me it's not going to work and it might be best find better dealer cause I been mad in last 2cweeks trucks been in shop 3 times and towed twice I feel they couldn't find problem. So now I'm left with broken truck thanks legacy dodge this what happens after they fix truck

The parts manager started off with a sour additude, but later it changed. Overall, it was a fair experience.I had received a call after this review and he explained the best he could. I heard him out and I'm good. Cleared a few things up.

We’ll I guess the saying buy local don’t apply to me for Medicine Hat ! I Saved 1000s for an hour drive and had the best experience! Also got way more of a truck that I would have bought here in med hat for 1000s more ! Thanks to gord and Sean and the whole staff . Take the hour drive it will be worth it ! Also thanks for delivering the truck as well . 5 stars ⭐️

Was dealing on a Ram 2500 Mega cab with a friendly salesman for a few days, came up with an exact dollar figure then sold my truck to a broker. I was going to head up there with cheque in hand until the manager calls me and tells me someone else is looking at the truck, might be their last mega cab for awhile and he wanted to wait to see if they could get more money for it. I had to run to a different dealer and purchase a different truck without all the options I wanted. Good news is they haven't sold that truck yet and I hope they sit on it for awhile.
