I have Riobel throughout my homes. I am not sure why every time I reno a bathroom or kitchen I end up with Riobel fixtures - clearly I like their stuff. Anyway, over time everything wears out and from time to time I have needed to fix stuff. Riobel through Pro-West is amazing - they honor Riobel's lifetime warranty no questions. Their people have proven knowledgeable, providing valuable guidance when needed and are friendly and courteous - every time! Further, Pro-West management seems to have instilled in the company a Customer First attitude. It seems everyone is empowered to take care of the customer.......I once went to their new offices and did not get past the receptionist. She asked what I needed (a small set screw - my plumber must have lost one) and said - why don't I just take care of that....she gave me 2 in case I lost one.Pro-West is a pleasure to deal with and deserves the 5 star rating they have.

I am so impressed with Riobel's service (Pro-West)!! It seems quite rare to have such amazing customer service and a real warrenty on their products. I've needed a few replacement parts and they have sent them no problem 5-8 years later (so far!). I really am very very impressed! Well done Riobel/Pro-West!!!

I had a problem with my 14 years old kitchen faucet namely the reduced water flaw. I contacted their office, and the reception took my info and my inquiry for a new cartridge. Two days later I got the new cartridge and the also a new faucet head (a bonus) which I had not asked for. One day later I received the hose plastic holder which was another bonus. Long story short, I installed all, but to my surprise the problem was not resolved. After investigating more and comparing the new part with the old one, finally I figured it out that the problem was not any part, it was a clogged filter. The faucet was quite healthy after 14 years and started to work as usual after cleaning the filter. Kudos to Riobel team

when our Riobel shower connector broke, we contacted Pro West Sales and sent an image of the problem. Without any fuss they organized a replacement on warranty and sent it us within 2 days!Excellent service.

Very happy with the service. When I called for replacement parts for my shower faucet I received them very quickly and I wasn’t charged for them. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again if needed in the future. Many thanks.

These folks are amazing with their customer service. We have Riobel plumbing fixtures installed in our home. They are about 12 years old. We have had two minor issues recently. A faulty cartridge in one case and a faulty diverter valve in the other. In both cases Mikayla figured out what parts we needed to fix the problem and ordered them directly to our home. I don’t think we have ever had such issue free customer service as these folks provided. We totally give them 5 stars and thank them profusely for their help.Well done!
