Excellent product and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their selection of probiotics and fish oils is impressive. It's wonderful to go to a shop where the staff actually know their product. It's obvious that the owners don't skimp on training. I would especially recommend the Highland road/Kitchener store. The staff is super well informed at this location.

Love all the stories about super friendly and helpful staff. Wish I could relate.I don’t go to health food stores, but recent health issues will change this. So it is all pretty overwhelming.Wandered around for 15 minutes reading labels and no one even looked in my direction. Wish I could say they were busy with other customers, but I was the only one. I placed the items I wanted to buy back on the shelves and left.

I love this health food store. The manager is so nice and knowledgeable, she really gave some great suggestions for natural beauty and hair products. They also have a great selection of crystals, which gave off a really positive energy. Devon Bettoncourt made my smoothie and was so nice, polite and helpful. She gave me a complete list of the ingredients and the benefits of each. I was so happy to know what went into the smoothie I got. I bought the tutti frutti flavour, and the drink was delicious! Thank you Fiddleheads!

We’ve been coming here for several years and what I appreciate most is the staff is always there to help, and are very knowledgeable about a vast array of natural products. If they do not know they will find out, but I am very impressed by the depth and breadth of their knowledge.

Good staff and a good selection of health foods you can’t find elsewhere. The pricing is a little high but that is standard for this type of store. You get what you pay for.
