Extremely overpriced. Today I was at self check out and one item was not scanning. There was an employee beside me straightening out" the reusable bags. I mentioned to her that this item is not scanning and she walked away from me. Then as her back was already turned she said "she will do it" about another employee who was already helping someone! This was so rude!"

Great fresh selection for Rockland. Prices are at par with the rest of Ottawa. Great friendly staff.

Fruits and veggies could be fresher. The seafood area is extra stinky, doesn't smell fresh like other locations.

I love how we're still technically in covid, and there's bread just out in the open for some doorknob to sneeze on. Really stunning and brave" of you to stock moldy food in spite of me complaining about expired food quite a few times. Who runs this store?"

Been shopping here for years. Went today during lunch hour and had a young lady at the deli meat counter. She was very condescending and rude when I was ordering. I was shocked as I have never had an issue here before. Everything else was great. Even had issues at self checkout and the lady that was there was happy to help me.

Product selection is FAR inferior to other Independent location. Staff have no clue where anything is and couldn't care less to help you find it.I've been shopping there 15 years and it's getting worse.

This is one of my go to stores for groceries. It’s a bit pricey yet the quality is top of the line. Mike the Butcher knows how how to do all the best cuts. He takes pride in his meat. Everything is always fresh. Staff knows all their customers and gives it the small town feels that it already has.

High prices, limited staff, high variety of products, produce freshness leaves alot to wish for. 3/5Edit: went back there again. Much more employees and the floor looked alot better. Reduce section is fantastic. Employees are also very nice and they clean between each customer at cash. 4/5

I went in today just for a stocked up after a while not going there, will not be going back. Lots of stuff is more expensive than shopping in Orleans. Y and it’s exactly the same Item ,this time the cashier was nice, I must say the store is clean. since they did all the renovation.PS:It’s funny that the only answer to the good review, they don’t try to answer back to the bad review.Explain that to me.Don’t tell me you didn’t see the bad reviews

Been shopping here since we moved to Rockland 3+ years ago.Was fine back then but now it is absolutely disgusting.Rotten produce (I wish I would have taken pictures) everywhere. To the point of rotten tomatoes out on display. Clearly a number of employees had to have seen that and they just left them. WOW!Can't find a bag of salad that doesn't have a 50% off sticker on it.Many, many, many items expired. Had to be extra careful to check all the dates.50% off stickers everywhere in the meat section as well.Maybe management should get off their thrones and come downstairs and help clean this disaster up (of course they won't since that's beneath them I'm sure).Clearly nobody that works here cares any more. Today was officially the last time our household spends a dime here. I'll drive to Orleans.
