Agassiz Produce Market
My favorite local produce place. They have great deals on seasonal veggies. Meaning I can get enough to can and fill my pantry. All their produce is labeled meaning you can consciously buy local or shop more exotic.

It was convenient, prices aren't to bad, you can bring your shopping bags now so there is no need to use plastic bags anymore. Single Plastic bags should be banned. There is way too much single use packaging in every other food product that we buy.

Best market in Agassiz, by a long shot. Excellent selection of produce, with a decent amount of locally sourced products. A good selection of other grocery items, with a slight lacking of local meat options (there are some meat products, but with Agassiz having a complete lack of butchers, it would be nice if these guys added a proper little meat counter... As of now, we have to go to Chilliwack or Mission for our butcher needs). Decent prices, as well. Agassiz Produce will always be our go to market while we live in the area. Highly recommended. Support Local!

Excellent variety of local produce and European based food. Apple strudel was excellent. Some foods here are simply not available in the big city stores so make sure if you see something then but it while here. The local produce is great.Fresh bakery has good wholesome range. This store is a good find and with visiting when returning from Harrison hot springs.

I only went by there one time and it was already closed for the day. But now I read about the Asbestos removal project while they were keeping the store open by Bruce Brown's Review--and I am shocked. I assume that is the reason why they are closed now! Asbestos removal has to be done by a Professional Crew with proper precautions to keep them safe, and keep the Public safe. So, I was shocked that they were actually open while they started this whole process!!

Love this cute little store. Good prices, quality produce. They have a good selection of obscure non-perishable items as well -- I bought some organic pickled ginger, sweetened with cane sugar. It's hard to find that stuff without aspartame!

I'm excited they're open again to give us another option other than super value in town. Having said that, don't expect what it used to be. Limited options for produce, not even close to the previous selection, and a lot of name brand" expensive items in store."

Stop Work!New owners undertook a DIY asbestos remediation all while keeping the store open to the public. (:(

A surprising little gem! I'm not even a local! I love the variety that they offer. I found the store to be stocked with about 70% organic/local groceries, which is quite impressive! Very friendly staff. An older gentlemen was trying to close when I stopped back in to ask if they had a washroom I could use. Perhaps he took pity on me because I had my LO with me, and dropped what he was doing and physically guided me to the washroom. I really greatly appreciated that gesture, because yes, I had really badly needed to use the washroom after being at Harrison for several hours that day. I also appreciate that they decided to offer good groceries to a rural community. It's obvious that the owner (or whoever runs the place), cares about the community enough to import such good foods to its people
