Tim was so amazing from start to finish. I had a metal Chimney installed for my new Napoleon ZN8000 and it was done amazingly well. This took several visits from Tim as the builder was also bricking in the unit in several stages and Tim was able to assist upon a moments notice despite his busy schedule. HIGHLY recommended. We will be using them for yearly maintenance as well.
