Active Chiropractic

I have been going to a chiropractor most of my life; and from my experience, Dr. Sheppard has always given me the most gentle adjustments out of any other. Her colleagues are amazing at what they do; as Dr Russell and Dr Phillips are great chiropractors as well. Amy is skilled with acupuncture needle muscle relation techniques. Christina has astonishing strength in her arms and hands that make for most excellent state of relaxed muscles from her massages. Even the reception is great at their job, with calls to verify appointments, and calling me by name as I walk in the door. I love this place. They all get 5 stars from me.

I have been seeing Dr. Shepherd for almost 16 years. She has become a friend. Not only is she a great Chiropractor, but also an amazing human. She has treated me through multiple injuries and collisions and I am so grateful.I also see Dr. Russell on occasion when Dr. Shepherd is not available. He is also fantastic.All of the staff at Active Chiropractic are so friendly and helpful.I appreciate you all so much and highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Russell for probably 20 years now. He has supported me through varying injuries and a super speedy recovery in all of them. He has an incredible wealth of skill sets and techniques that he brings to the table and uses his vast knowledge to really help figure out how you can get the quickest recovery. It is also fantastic for overall health maintenance! The whole team at the clinic is fantastic! The colleagues are simply amazing, super friendly, always willing to support you, and very efficient, friendly and compassionate! I definitely recommend these folks if you’re looking for not just chiropractic support but full body recovery as they have massage, acupuncture as well as all of the other techniques, tools and even laser therapy!

I have been seeing Amy for a few years and since starting to see her my quality of life has improved tremendously. She has helped me with my chronic back and shoulder pain and also fertility issues. After only a few months of acupuncture I became pregnant with my now 2 month old. Amy is friendly, charismatic and professional. I look forward to my appointments every time! Amazing care! All the staff are nice and accommodating. I have been seeing Dr Phillips on the recommendation of my spouse because of some lower back pain and have had a great experience. My first visit, Dr Phillips went over my medical history and did an assessment.He was very professional, explained what he was doing and answered all my newbie questions. Unexpected benefit- the number and frequency of migraines that I get has decreased dramatically since I started attending appointments here, which is life changing. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

A friend referred me to Dr.Sheppard and she's the best chiropractor I've ever had! Her treatments are gentle and have given me great pain relief and my mobility back. I wish I had found her years ago.

I have been seeing Dr Russell for years (15 years at least) and he is Awesome. I always leave feeling better. Recently I've had back/sciatic issues and he recommended acupuncture with Amy Wan.
