I hire Custom Gas for all of my home gas related needs. He's installed my natural gas hookup for a BBQ, installed a workshop heater, done furnace servicing, and just recently replaced our 23 year old water heater (which he had also installed 23 years earlier).You'll get quality work from someone you can trust if you deal with Custom Gas.

I am unsure how many employees there are at this company but I will never call Them again. I dealt with the owner Roy Conneybear. All we wanted was what he said he would do and written in the receipt as well was to try to get him to come back to put the new hot water tank piece in. Keep in mind he put in the old part that had the gas leak and charged $150. And after all the texts messages back and forth In which I wish I could attach here , I finally called him and all I got was I don’t work for Fred and I DID SAY I WOULD COME BUT I CHANGED MY MIND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. You be the judge.To put the old piece back in that leaked gas is putting us in danger . I am not forced to call the gas company again and have the new piece put in by someone else .

Roy was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help fix our furnace. He went through every part of our furnace and explained everything very thoroughly as he was working. I could not recommend him enough!!
