Dealt with mike in regards to purchasing a 2015 Audi A3, and all i can say is that the customer service was top tier. From communication to transparency, doing business with MSP was a breeze.One thing i really appreciated was telling Mike that I’d need the car to be test driven in my area, as most dealers would never agree to that, Mike went out of his way to drive the car almost 30 minutes to my location and was very thorough.From the day i first saw the car to the day of delivery, every instance I’d see the car it was spotless, never dirty.I would most definitely do business with MSP again

I have been looking to purchase a BMW again but was very hesitance to purchase from Dealer or Private sale as my last experience wasn't as described and left a negative view towards BMW Reliability. I came a cross MSP Listing of the Below BMW and based on the pictures & after speaking to Michael's assurance, i moved forward. Purchased the vehicle last week & was very impressive of the Vehicle and the honest description i received. I didn't feel anything was hidden from me nor unreasonable in terms of cost & timing of the Delivery etc. Overall, very good communication and honest service. I had the pleasure in dealing with Mike Pannu at MSP Fine Automobiles. Having searched around for an older model Range Rover, I came across MSP’s ad In Kijiji. Always being skeptical of used car dealers, I took a chance and called them up. Dealing with the owner Mike was a real pleasure. He was honest, courteous, answered all my questions, and true to his word. That goes along way in my books. Mike brought down the Range Rover, had me inspect it, allowed me to set up a pre purchase inspection if wanted, and took it for a test drive. I wasn’t disappointed. Mike arranged, the safety inspection, and repaired everything that was needed, plated, certified and gave the vehicle a fresh oil change and detail. On top of that Mike personally delivered the Range Rover over two hours to my home. That’s what I call personal service, and someone I want to do business with again.
