We've had over 100% rate increase and obviously they refused to work with us on pricing to keep the business. Other companies are offering half of what they charge right now. After we requested cancellation of the contract they started ignoring our requests, hanging up, not answering calls, ignoring emails. Haven't experienced such low business standards in Canada.

***BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY***Revolution Recovery has been acquired by Waste connections.They are committing fraud by not servicing you but charging you for everything.Take a look at the photos and decide for yourself if you want your back yard to look like this.

It's Sunday and haven't had a garbage pick up since last Monday. Cardboard recycling is 2 weeks past.Every day Monday thru Friday told they're coming. We're a women's shelter and share the bin with a 7 floor building above us, daily pick-up.

They are the worst company don’t get scammed don’t use these people. They get you signed into a contract then don’t up hold their end of the contract late pick ups numerous calls to ask to speak to management nothing back. Customer service is full of rude people that don’t do anything to help. Garbage over flowing for weeks recycling constantly being missed for pick up. Still waiting for phone calls from management nothing. Emailed messages nothing they think if they ignore you long enough that you will just go away. Trash company trash service save your self the head ache and time use someone else.

Avoid like the plague. 1st month of service was fine. Followed by now 6 months of constant missed pickups, constantly calling or constantly emailing them gets you speedy responses with empty promises.It’s always I’ll email operations and get it done for you asap, or you’re on the schedule, or even it’s already done “according to our computer” it never happens.We have even had an entire month of missed pickups with no makeup ones, no discounts, just empty promises and insincere apologies.I’ve even tried staying after hours or leaving our gates unlocked because they “work till 7”. Surprise! No show.These guys are the ones to choose if you enjoy paying for things you don’t receive.

like many of the other comments, the service has gone down hill since the merger. we have missed numerous cardboard and garbage pickups over the last three months and when you call, no one comes. there is a huge disconnect between customer service and operations. customer service tells you the drivers are coming and op's doesn't send anyone. in the process of switching providers as I write this

This conpany used to be great and our company has done business with them for several years, with very timely service for those years. The past 3 months it has become absolutely awful. Our contract states that bins are to be emptied once a week. Several times now it's been far longer, and currently at 3 weeks of overflowing bins. We are forced to take out trash ourselves to the dump. I've left many voice messages (impossible to reach anyone) and sent several emails, with no answers or call backs. Absolutely terrible customer service, and breach of contract.

Customer service from the Account Manager, C.S., is very poor. No follow through with requests. We are trying to get a bin off the property and she does not appear to follow up with the removal people. The dates given have come and gone. When she was next contacted it was as though all previous conversations didn't happen and the process was beginning again. There doesn't seem to be any notes made about previous phone calls. Calling Customer Service keeps getting us pushed back to this same ineffective person. Basically, I've had enough.We are a large company with many, many contracts for many properties. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and it is unlikely I'll sign another contract with them.

Beware of this company and their sharp practices. They are not to be trusted. The service is horrible. Furthermore, they raised the rates from $55 per month to $105 per month with all kinds of bogus surcharges. They claim that they can add any surcharges they want and if you want to cancel you need to send them a registered letter before the renewal date". I cancelled my service over the phone and by email two months before Dec. 31. They acknowledge this but waited until after Dec. 31 (the "renewal date") to tell me they require a registered letter to cancel and therefor I owe them for another 12 months. My recommendation is to stay as far away from these people as possible. They only emptied the bin once in the past two months and left the bin unlocked again which happens on a regular basis. All of the surcharges came shortly before the company was sold to Waste Connections so I am guessing that they were trying to increase the value of the company for the sale which is great for the seller but has come at a terrible cost to the customers."
